YOGA FEST WEEKEND!

We had a terrific turnout for Yoga Fest this past weekend. Thank you all for coming, and we hope to see you in class again soon. Thanks also to our terrific teachers for giving us some great classes to choose from. If you missed it, we'll be doing something like it again in the future. In the meantime, go ahead and come to class!

Family Yoga classes with Susannah Mele have begun! We have had many requests for Family Yoga, and it is offered on Friday mornings from 9:15-10:15 am, June 19th-August 14th. The cost for this class is $7 for adults and $3 per child. This is for parents and children ages 5 and up, and parents must remain with their child for the duration of class. All are welcome, regardless of if you have a child or not. No Fitness 19 discounts on Family Yoga classes. If you have any questions, please contact us.

As with all of our regular classes, no pre-registration is required. Simply arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class.

Other Class Information

Meditation Classes are continuing on Sundays at 1:15 pm.

These classes are suitable for those new to meditation. All are welcome. Chris teaches a non-sectarian approach to learning how to sit. He draws from many traditions including Centering Prayer, Transcendental Meditation, Passage Meditation, Buddhist Meditation techniques, classic yoga techniques and others. Classes are one hour. Beginning on July 5th, this class will become a Karma class, which simply means that all proceeds will be donated to charity. Our selected charity is Miracle Hill. More information about Miracle Hill and a link to their website can be found on our Additional Resources page. The suggested donation is $5, but you may donate more or less, or nothing at all if you wish.

New Price on monthly unlimited passes. A single monthly unlimited pass is now $90. A couple's monthly unlimited pass is $160. There are NO discounts on monthly unlimited passes, but our Fitness 19 friends will continue to receive a 20% discount on individual classes ONLY.

Yoga and Art for Kids ages 5-12 years

Tuesdays, 4-5 pm July 7th-August 11th

Susannah will be teaching a children's art and yoga session this summer. Classes be held each Tuesday from 4-5 pm from July 7th-August 11th. The cost will be $65 and include a t-shirt. Yin and Yang Yoge:The Five Transformative Sessions with Master Paulie Zink

We are excited and honored to host Master Paulie Zink at Dharma in February! Paulie Zink is the founder of Yin Yoga. We know that it is a long way off, but we do expect this to fill up quickly, so it would be best to register early.You must pay in full to reserve your spot. We can not hold a spot without payment! Give the gift of yoga to your family and friends. We have gift certificates available for classes--the perfect gift. They will fit everyone on your list, because we have a class for everyone! Choose to purchase a monthly unlimited pass for $90, or pre-pay for as many drop-in classes as you like--each class is $10.

You may also choose to give a gift certificate with no specifications--we sell mats, Yogi Toes, T-shirts and other items to enhance your loved one's practice. Monthly unlimited passes expire 30 days from the first class, and pre-paid classes have no expiration.

You may purchase them online securely via paypal, or drop by the studio before a scheduled class to purchase one in person. We do accept cash, check, and MC/Visa at the studio. If you choose to purchase them online, we will contact you via email so that you may tell us how you wish for us to deliver your certificate.

We are very happy to share the gift of Yoga with others and are committed to cultivating a diverse and supportive Yoga community.
