Teacher Training

The 2013 Teacher Training program is now open for applications. Space is limited, and the deadline to register is May 31. The program dates are June 14-October 6, meeting every other weekend. The cost is $1750. Please contact Chris or Beth for an application and/or more information. Applications are also available at the studio.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are available. You may talk with Chris directly for scheduling and pricing. If you have a specific condition or goal like weight loss, injury, pregnancy, stress relief, or just pushing your practice to the next level, a private session or series of sessions might just do the trick. Gift Certificates available!

Give the gift of yoga to your family and friends. We have gift certificates available for classes--the perfect gift. They will fit everyone on your list, because we have a class for everyone! Choose to purchase a monthly unlimited pass for $90, or purchase any of our class packages.

You may also choose to give a gift certificate with no specifications--we sell Manduka mats, Yogi Toes, T-shirts and other items to enhance your loved one's practice. Monthly unlimited passes expire 30 days from the first class. Class passes and pre-paid classes have a 3 month expiration.

You may purchase them online securely via paypal, or drop by the studio before a scheduled class to purchase one in person. We do accept cash, check, and MC/Visa at the studio. If you choose to purchase them online, we will contact you via email so that you may tell us how you wish for us to deliver your certificate.

We can now accept payments through Paypal for workshops and special events! Please see the Special Events Page for the Paypal button at the bottom.
