All Levels Vinyasa-a flowing practice of mindful postures linked with breath, open to all levels. Invigorating and fun! Modifications are given for all levels.
Level 1-An easier flow class than the all levels vinyasa. Great for those new to yoga or those looking for a good stretch and relaxation.
Half-n-Half-Warm up with a moderate vinyasa flow and then let go into restorative bliss. Come and spend some quality time in deep relaxation.
"Everyday" Yoga- traditional Hatha yoga linking postures with breath to cultivate inner focus and mind/body awareness. Asanas are held longer allowing you to explore what you are truly feeling in the moment. Appropriate for all levels.
Gentle Yoga- Let go and get your ease on. This class is great for beginners or those looking to drop the stress of everyday details.
Yin & Yang Flow-Experience a mix of movement and stillness opening to a deeper stretch with some mixed yang flow to move energy through the body.
Slow Flow- Slow flow yoga...a slower, deeper style of vinyasa. We focus on longer holds and deeper stretches with an emphasis on mindful awareness.

Gooey Yoga- Join Chris for an intensely relaxing mix of yin and restorative yoga designed to increase flexibility, relieve stress and deepen insight. All levels welcome.
